PROGRAM FEE FAQS
Quick answers to the questions parents ask most.
When are payments due?
Annual fees are typically split into 12 monthly payments for convenience. High School Break families pay across 7 monthly installments (May–November), with full balance due by December 1.
Although fees are billed monthly, all Next Level programs are an annual commitment.
Why are there two fees? (Club Fees vs Team Fees)
The Club Training Fee covers year-round training: coaches, fields and indoor/outdoor facilities, equipment, lights, utilities, and insurance.
The Team Fee covers competitive play: league, State Cup, tournaments, club-hosted events, and Veo video/analytics. See the full lists in the “What's Included” section above.
Whats the difference between Academy and Pre-Academy?
Academy is our full competitive pathway (U9–U19) with the most training volume, league play, tournaments, and State Cup.
Pre-Academy is a developmental 4v4 option for younger players with a lighter schedule and lower team fee — ideal for newer players or families easing into club soccer.
Is the uniform required every year?
No. Next Level operates on a 2-year uniform cycle.
New players purchase the $250 bundle once; returning players reuse their kit during Year 2 of the cycle (2026–27).
What is the High School break option?
Available for U15–U19 players. Pause club participation during high school season (May–November) and deduct $498 from season total cost.
Must be requested before November 1; full payment due by December 1. Veo fees still apply during the break.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes — financial assistance is available upon request. We believe talent shouldn't be limited by financial circumstances.
